Free Express Australian Wide Shipping on all of your sensitive skin orders over $100 Free Samples
Orders are shipped via courier through Sendle, except PO Box or Express Post which will be sent via Australia Post.
We use recycled kraft card boxes, wrapped up in compostable mailing bags and shipping labels. All can be composted.
Standard Australian shipping is $10 on orders under $100
Express Australian shipping is $15 on orders under $100
Express Australian shipping is FREE on orders over $100
Allow 2-3 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’ or 'Pre Order', all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time.
Standard postage will take approximately 2-5 days to arrive. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days.
*During COVID-19 shipping times may vary, please be patient and understand everything will be done to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. However, feel free to contact us if your delivery seems to be taking longer than anticipated.
Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with authority to leave unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.
When ordering solid moisturizer bars and deodorant bars and balms, please choose Express Shipping. These items will not be sent out on very hot days, and if weather is acceptable, will be sent on a Monday and Tuesday to ensure they are not baking in a hot van before they arrive to you.
At this stage we unfortunately do not ship outside of Australia, but some accommodating can be made, please contact us for quotes.

We are very confident in the quality of our products and a whole lot of love goes into each batch, so we trust you will be happy with your Beautifully Authentic products.
If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied with any of your products, please contact us immediately and we will discuss an exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, unless there is any defect to your product.
If your product is damaged in transit or has a defect in any form, we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly - in this case please email us with photos of the defect within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
No shipping costs are reimbursed with any returns or exchanges.
