Shipping

Orders are shipped through Australia Post.

We use recycled kraft card boxes, wrapped up in compostable mailing bags and compostable shipping labels. All can be composted at home.

Shipping fees:

Express Australian shipping is $15 on orders under $150 with Australia Post,

Express Australian shipping is FREE on orders $150 and over

 Allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders are shipped. If any one item in your order is “Out Of Stock’ or 'Pre Order', all items will be held until the one item becomes available and the whole order will be posted at the same time. 

Express shipping will take around 2-5 business days (dependent on location and postal delays out of our control).

Tracking is included with every order, and delivered with authority to leave unless specifically requested at checkout by the customer, using the comments section.

NOTE: Solid moisturiser bars and balms, will not be sent out on very hot days, and if weather is acceptable, will be sent on a Monday and Tuesday to ensure they are not baking in a hot van before they arrive to you.

 

International Orders:

We are currently now shipping to New Zealand, UK, and the USA.

Rates will be calculated at check out by the courier, and shipping will be express from Australia.

You will be liable for taxes and custom charges in your country.
